5th Central European Congress on Food

19th - 22nd May 2010, Bratislava, Slovak Republic

On behalf of scientific committee we are pleased to invite you to active participation in 5th Central European Congress on Food (CEFood 2010) which will be held on 19th – 22nd May 2010 in hotel Tatra, Bratislava, Slovak Republic and organised by VÚP Food Research Institute.
As you know, the first Central European Congress on Food was executed in Ljubljana, Slovenia(2002), and later on in Budapest – Hungary (2004), Sofia – Bulgaria (2006), and Cavtat – Croatia (2008).
To follow above mentioned successful meetings` results, conference program will be focused on latest progress in fundamental and applied food science, research and development, innovative technology, food safety and market, functional and bioactive food, new trends in nutrition and health.
CEFood Congress 2010 also give unique opportunity for food scientists, researches, technologists, producers and nutritionists, young scientists and students for presentation of results and findings of their own work and discussion about mutual international cooperation in the frame of 7 EU frame program.
We are looking forward to seeing you in May 2010 in Bratislava, the capital of the Slovak Republic .
