Scientific Programme
The Scientific Programme Committee has received 937 abstract submissions for the congress.
Once all the papers have been reviewed by internationally acknowledged experts, the Scientific Commiittee will decide which papers will be presented orally in the scientific or practitioners line sessions and which will be presented in the poster session.
Social Programme
Opening Ceremony
The Cultural theme evening at U'Shaka Marine World will be an appropriate welcome and introduction to the diversity that makes up South Africa.
Delegates will have an opportunity to taste different foods representing the cultures that make up the "Rainbow Nation", wander through the aquarium and jive to the African beat.
Accompanying Persons
Durban is nestled on the coast of the warm Indian Ocean with golden beaches, parks, museums, theatres and world class shopping malls. Within a two hour drive from Durban, accompanying people can be on safari at a game reserve, visiting traditional Zulu Villages or hiking in the Drakensberg Mountains.
