SOUHRN
Článek pojednává o kombinaci dvou vzácných patologií ramenního kloubu psa. Pacientem je fena malého münsterlandského ohaře, u které byla ve věku 4,5 měsíce diagnostikována za pomoci RTG a CT vyšetření bilaterálně porucha osifikace tuberculum supraglenoidale a osteochondróza (OC) centrální jamky glenoidu. Pacientka následně podstoupila kombinaci artroskopického a artrotomického ošetření ramenních kloubů. Cílem chirurgické intervence bylo ošetření léze OC glenoidální jamky a odstranění nepřiosifikovaného tuberculum supraglenoidale (ununited supraglenoid tubercle – UST). Výsledek chirurgického zákroku a následné pooperační terapie lze hodnotit jako výborný. Rok od posledního chirurgického ošetření nejeví pacientka žádné deficity pohybu. Na základě histopatologického vyšetření jednoho z odstraněných UST bylo vysloveno podezření na přítomnost léze OC v místě růstové ploténky apofýzy tuberculum supraglenoidale. V článku jsou diskutovány možné etiologie a patogeneze UST a diagnostická hodnota zobrazovacích metod a artroskopie pro výše zmíněné patologie ramenního kloubu. Toto je teprve druhý článek v odborné veterinární literatuře, který se zabývá problematikou UST.*
SUMMARY
The article describes combination of two rare pathological findings in the canine shoulder joint. The patient is an intact female Münsterlander. Bilateral ununited supraglenoid tubercle ossification centre and osteochondrosis (OC) of central glenoid cavity were found by radiography and CT examination, when the patient was 4.5 months old. Subsequently the patient underwent arthroscopy followed by miniarthrotomy procedure of both scapulo-humeral joints. The aim of the surgical procedure was debridement of OC in the glenoid cavity and removal of ununited supraglenoid tubercle (UST). Results of the surgery after physiotherapy were excellent. One year since last procedure, the patient shows no deficits in its mobility and is undistinguishible from normal. Histopathologic examination of the removed supraglenoid tubercle showed characteristics of OC in the tissue of physeal growth plate of supraglenoid tubercle. Options for aetiology and pathogenesis of UST and advantages or disadvantages of plain radiography, CT examination and arthroscopy for diagnostics UST and OC are discussed in the article. This is the second article in veterinary literature, which describes the UST in a dog.
