SOUHRN
Kazuistika popisuje případ ruptury předního zkříženého vazu u psa s konkurentní mediální luxací pately s příčinou v podobě patelly alty u křížence rhodeského ridgebacka. Případ byl řešen dvěma po sobě jdoucími operacemi s časovým odstupem několika měsíců. Během prvního zákroku bylo provedeno ošetření parciální ruptury předního zkříženého vazu metodou TPLO (tibial plateau levelling osteotomy) a po vyhojení osteotomie bylo přistoupeno k explantaci implantátů a byla provedena distalizace pately pomocí osteotomie tuberositas tibiae a její fixace TTA (tibial tuberosity advancement) a tvarovou X-ploténkou. Patella alta ve spojení s rupturou předního zkříženého vazu byla určena jako nejvíce pravděpodobná příčina luxace patelly.*

SUMMARY
This case report describes a case of anterior cruciate ligament rupture in a dog with concurrent medial patellar luxation caused by patella alta in a Rhodesian Ridgeback crossbreed. The case was treated with two consecutive operations with a time interval of several months. During the first procedure, the partial anterior cruciate ligament rupture was treated with tibial plateau levelling osteotomy (TPLO) and after the healing of the osteotomy, the implants were explanted and the patella was distalised using tibial tuberosity advancement (TTA) osteotomy and its fixation with a TTA and an X- shaped plate. Patella alta in conjunction with anterior cruciate ligament rupture was determined as the most likely cause of the patellar dislocation.
