Hosted by the Russian Equine Veterinary Association - REVA, this exciting and important event expects to welcome up to 800 participants and numerous commercial exhibitors from around the world. The central scientific and continuing education themes are imaging diagnosis, lameness, medicine and surgery, colic management, dermatology, reproduction, neurology, respiratory disease, developing and running equine hospital, an international equine issues.
The scientific programme includes a combination of state-of-the-art lectures and continuing educational material delivered by some of the most eminent equine speakers in the World. For example, you can hear Wayne McIlwraith on arthroscopy and the management of equine joint disease, Joe Mayhew on neurological problems, Celia Marr and Derek Knottenbelt on a variety of medical topics, Sidney Ricketts on reproduction and Roger Smith on the use of stem cells for tendonitis. The programme also includes the much loved News Hour, presented by Wayne McIlwraith and Scott Palmer. There is something to suit every taste. The WEVA Scientific Committee invites you to submitt an abstract on state-of-the-art subjects, research topics, "how-to-do", infectious diseases or epidemiology topics, to be presented either as oral communications or posters. The deadline for abstracts submission is August 15th, 2007.
