Cílem přehledového sdělení je sumarizace poznatků o nespecifických i antigenně-specifických mechanismech imunitního systému, které se účastní obrany proti nádorovým onemocněním. Pochopení role imunitního systému v kontrole nádorového bujení je předpokladem k pochopení možností jejich imunoterapie.
SUMMARY
The aim of the review report is to summarize the knowledge about non-specific and antigen-specific mechanisms of the immune system, which are involved in the defence against cancer. Understanding the role of the immune system in the control of tumor growth is a prerequisite for understanding the possibilities of their immunotherapy.*
